Presents the standard file dialog box, where you can select a Paint document to import.  Selecting a document name and clicking Open or double-clicking the document name pastes it onto the current card.  (The top left corner of the document is used.)  Choose Undo if that's not what you wanted.

Import Paint is available whenever you're using a Paint tool.
